Radish in one of a watery vegetable which will used in curries most of the time. When radish is added to roti definitely it will make a delicious taste.

This video shows how to make radish chapati without stuffing the radish in it instead we will be making roti dough along with radish. You can have it for dinner or breakfast as it is a quick recipe.

Ingredients :

To serve 3 people

Radish / Mullangi - 2- 3 (200 gms)
Green chillies - 1(chopped very small)
Crushed pepper - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
Wheat flour - 3 cup
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves - small bunch (chopped very small)

Cooking instructions :
  1.  Wash, peel and grate the radishes.

  2.  Take a mixing bowl and transfer all the ingredients one by one except the wheat flour.

  3. Mix all the masalas with radish so that it is coated well.
  4. Don’t add all the wheat flour all at once. Slowly add it with a ladle to the radish mixture. As radish is a watery vegetable we do not require water to knead  the dough. Add the flour until l there is no water in the mixture and make it a fine chapati dough. Finally add 2 tbsp of oil and knead the soft dough.

  5. Make small balls out of the dough and press it with a rolling pin into a thin sheet.

  6. Place the thin sheets on a hot tava. Coat it with 1 to 2 tsp of oil and flip both sides of it to cook evenly. Once both the sides are cooked well it is ready to serve.
